Well if your here you can see the site has be redesigned (again).
Feedback from the
"Music" - 3 Lost Singles - "Death
of a Country" CD is coming in and everyone seems to
love Death
of a Country .
It was recorded at Criteria Studios in Miami, produced and engineered
by Ron and Howie Albert. The theme
tune of the "concept album"
Death
of a Country was recorded
in one take (it's 10 min.) and like the rest of the album has
very few overdubs. It's basically 3 piece HEAVYmetal ,with
a lot of phasing and panning. This is a real sit in the corner
stoned, headphone tune.
Hey! that's what we did back
then.... "Music
Shot From Guns" .
"Music" and the 3 Lost Singles
is loaded with great BANGtunes like "Glad
Your Home" about the returning POW's
("We've been to the moon, felt it's dust in our hands; but
what's that to you if you can't understand"!),
"Make Me Pretty"

Good
news, a working band is being put together. Besides Frank
and Frankie we have a incredible
drummer in Greg Di Sabatino. Greg worked with the Franks a few
years back and is now officially BANG's drummer. He brings high
energy and great stick work to the band. We are now looking for
a guitar and keyboard player to round out the group. We hope to
be giging in the next few months. Tony
will continue to write lyrics and look after BANGmusic.com

album was just mastered and will be shipped next week.
RTZ "Return to Zero" has fallen behind. We seem to
be passing through another portal. This to shall pass! Things are
still slowly converging. We're still looking for the golden ring.
Thank you for the e-mail
and messages.

Finally we're shipping the first CD "BANG
- Mother/Bow to the King". Also it's been decided to release
the Death of a Country & Music albums
on one CD instead of two. The process takes a lot longer then we
planed so there will be a few weeks delay.

Tony's back from Delaware and the Frank's, with 3 more tunes mixed.
"Be the One" "Another
Time" and in case anyone's counting, we added a tune called
"Here I Go" for the RTZ
album. That's 11 with four to go. The June 15 shipping date still
looks realistic for now. Had to re-master the first note of the
first song (Lions/Christians) on
our first CD release "BANG - Mother/Bow
to the King" cause the beginning guitar note got clipped
just a hair and of course Frankie heard it and there it is! Shipping
was pushed back a week. Other then that we're fairly happy with
the CD . Sounds like the albums. As soon as we can, we will have
streaming audio on all songs. Anybody know how to get "outstanding"
28k stereo realaudio files? E-mail tunes@BANGmusic.com
. We have one super 8 film of BANG with Steppen Wolf in Richmond.
Also have the audio track on cassette Coming soon a clip from BANGthemovie!

Finally things seem to be moving.
The BANGstore is open ! Now you can order
the CD's. The BANGboard is open, so you
can leave you BANGthoughts. We're working on shopping carts and
other stuff. But enough tech stuff. Here's the BANGnews...Tony's
heading up north to help mix another tune for the RTZ
CD. (to be released in June) Frank is overcoming his zero knowledge
of computers and waiting on Tony to lead him to the promise land
of the Net. Frankie is going digital at his "Shoe Box"
studio. There's an air of excitement around us. When the three of
us get together time stands still. Again our lives are focused on
making something happen. We can't give it our total being but were
doing the best we can. Thank you for all the friendly e-mail , telling
us where our history with you started, and what your doing now.
Hopefully the BANGstory will tell our side.

Everything takes so long when it can't be your total focus. RTZ
is finishing up.
A working band is being put together by Frank and Frankie. We may
have a part in a movie soundtrack and some established act's are
interested in covering a few of our new tunes. We are weeks! away
of releasing both the "BANG" and "Mother/Bow to the
King" albums on one CD. We're thinking of charging 20 bucks
+ postage. Should we go for $25?
This link will take you to the CD artwork
Where is everybody? Danny, Silvertoes, Tommy Wingate, Gus Danna
, Colorado Mike, Steve Hiner, BANGpeople it's time to check in!
Frank finally got a Mac and is plugging in. Frankie is going digital
in his "Shoebox Studio".
Tony is in Dallas and commutes to the Franks in Del. & Pa.
